The Water Mill has been milling wheat for over 1,000 years. All of our flour and oats are made with natural ingredients. No added sugar or salt, no preservatives. We are proud that we mill the ‘traditional way’. Our flour is just plain and simply wheat ground on mill stones, we use Isle of Wight Grain for all of our flour.
